From our offices in Darlington and Stockton, our wonderful carers are supported at all times by a team of managers, administrators, and operations professionals.
Handling the day to day duties of payroll, marketing, scheduling, communicating with clients, and more, every appointment is coordinated with precision from the local Care Matters office.
A Registered Manager is present in both our Darlington and Stockton offices, and supported by experienced coordinators and administrators in both locations.
All web enquiries, incoming calls, and communication with carers is routed through the relevant location, so that every query is dealt with promptly, and efficiently. With staff vastly experienced in care, and also encompassing a variety of other professional skills and qualifications, as a team we come well equipped to provide the best service possible to both our carers, and clients.
