We are a family run local care provider and specialists in offering care-at-home services in the North East of England.
Care Matters was formed after owners Phil and (his wife) Nic, experienced first-hand how standards of care for loved ones differed dramatically from care provider to care provider. So the idea to start Care Matters was born from the passionate belief that we could do much, much better! Our wide range of care at home services are completely tailored to each individual and are fully flexible.
Commitment to staff training
Care Matters’ commitment to continuous improvement means our carers benefit from ongoing job training and close one-to-one support from our management team. We are proud to be a local business. By keeping our focus entirely within the North East, we ensure that our Care Teams are local people with unrivalled local knowledge.
A happy team of trained care staff ensures higher standards and a continuity of care for our valued customers.
