Middlesbrough matters because it’s one of the biggest areas in Durham Tees Valley. Towards the end of 2023, we started to receive more requests to provide care packages in and around Middlesbrough. This led us to investigate and implement ways to increase our service response.
The Care Matters Homecare team has responded well to the uplift and we have been heavily recruiting to support our team. It is our intention to recruit 30 fully trained staff in the next 3 to 6 months. We purposefully attract and recruit local carers from all walks of life and from a variety of backgrounds to join the Care Matters Homecare team.
Having the very best carers and higher than average retention rates is not only great for us, but also for our service users and their families. Stability, continuity of care and familiar faces are priceless, and with our superb in-house training, our carers enjoy continued professional development and mentoring throughout their career.
Care Matters Homecare are constantly seeking individuals who share our passion for providing exceptional care to others. Whether you are already a seasoned care worker or working in a completely unrelated field, we welcome you to join our team.
As part of the Care Matters Middlesbrough Homecare team, you will:
We are looking for people who seek to truly make a difference in the lives of others.
If this resonates with you, reach out to us.
