We are looking for Care Assistants to join our team within the Billingham and Norton areas. Experience isn’t necessary, as we will support you with all the training and development you need to grow as a care assistant.
To undertake specific and general tasks which promote good quality of health, welfare and well-being.
We are looking for individuals who thrive on supporting others, whilst always maintaining client health and safety.
Assisting individuals with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation.
Assisting individuals with domestic care including shopping, cleaning, laundry and financial management.
Personal Skills and Experience
A QCF/NVQ qualification in Health & Social care, or a willingness to complete a qualification in Health & Social care.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Honest, reliable and flexible to work shifts (including weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota basis).
Full drivers licence preferred.
Committed to developing skills and knowledge as identified by you, your line manager and the people you support.
Endless empathy, a strong can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
