The Role: To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide good quality of health, welfare and well-being. We are looking for individuals who thrive on supporting others whilst always maintaining health and client safety.

Key Information.

Full driving licence & own car required.
Weekly pay – £10.67 per hour.
28 days annual leave.
Excellent promotion and career prospects for suitable candidates.
Free QCF level 2 and above.
A DBS disclosure will be required upon a successful interview.

Personal Attributes:

Ability to work on own initiative.
Honest and reliable.
Ability to work shifts (Including weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota basis).
Commit yourself to developing skills and knowledge as identified by you, your line manager and the people you support.
You’ll need to have empathy, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to join us as a home care assistant.
Person centred in all aspects of your role.
