Care Matters provide spinal injury care for people across the North East who have experienced a serious spinal cord injury and who are adapting to life at home.
We have specialist carers who offer experienced personalised support for a range of injuries including quadriplegia, paraplegia and tetraplegia.
A Needs-Assessed Tailored Plan
Our aim is to enable greater independence by providing help according to specific needs and circumstances. Anyone with a spinal injury is assessed first by our Clinical Lead Nurse in conjunction with other health care professionals to ensure seamless support.
