Jade joined us with an already strong background in both professional recruitment services, and supporting vulnerable individuals. She was originally employed as Recruitment and Compliance Officer to support our continuous recruitment approach, and has since successfully built our field team. However, her passion for supporting both service users and staff has resulted in her progressing her career in to a Care Co-Ordinator position.
