Jemma began her career in care in 2009, working in domiciliary, residential and specialist care settings. Firstly employed as a care worker, she has since progressed  through the ranks to her current role of Senior Care Co-Ordinator. Jemma also holds an NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
