Sarah has spent her whole career in the care industry. 29 years ago she started out as a care worker, before progressing through the ranks and holding managerial posts for the last 5 years. With a wealth of experience in supporting adults from many different client groups, she brings with her a wide and varied knowledge of the sector. Sarah holds a NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and successfully holds registration with CQC.
