Vicky has 15 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, having worked in residential, extra care and domiciliary care settings. Starting her career as a care worker, Vicky has progressed to a Senior Care Assistant, and in 2016 took on her first role as a Care Co-Ordinator. Her training has developed alongside her career, and she holds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care as well as the NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
