Complex Care requires specialist training
All our complex care staff receive specialist training to ensure they have the knowledge and experience required for complex care. Our carers are specially selected to undergo advanced complex care training, delivered in-house, by our Clinical Lead Nurse – an experienced complex care health professional. Our complex care team is also trained in recognising the emotional toil that often comes with more specialist care needs. This effects, not just the person affected by the condition, but their wider family and friends. We recognise that our care must always be delivered sensitively and with compassion. You can have confidence and peace of mind that our carers have the capabilities required.
